I am experienced and skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, prenatal, geriatric, palliative, and chair massage. I am passionate about the positive effects of therapy on the body and mind. I spend a lot of time working with senior citizens and those who suffer from chronic pain. My style is a blend of therapeutic touch and relaxing bodywork individually customized for each client’s specific needs by intentionally creating a massage that integrates techniques for health, stress and pain issues such as headaches, muscular pain and tension, and minor injuries. 

I am also a Certified Reiki Master. Reiki sessions are a beneficial addition to any health and wellness plan as there are no adverse effects, medically or psychologically. In fact, the many benefits of this practice can be truly life changing. Reiki is believed to markedly decrease stress, which promotes a greater sense of ease and balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
